Alexis Beale, founder of Rosemount Law, is a tenacious and driven litigator with over ten years of experience in corporate and commercial litigation. Recognized for her expertise, Alexis has been named a Benchmark Litigation Future Star and has been included in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch™ for corporate and commercial litigation. • 2516216 Ontario Ltd. o/a NUMBRS v. AbleDocs Inc., 2023 ONSC 4713 — Obtained judgment on an application for unpaid professional fees. The court refused to convert the application into an action and rejected the limitations defence.
• Black v. Mandeville Private Client Inc., 2023 ONSC 465 — Acted for the investment firm on competing injunction motions over a departing advisor. The advisor's motion was dismissed and the firm's motion restraining client solicitation was granted.
• Collingwood Aviation Partners v. Winterland Airfield, 2021 ONSC 6907 — Acted for the successful applicant, which was awarded costs of more than $310,000 after winning on the merits (2021 ONSC 3023).

Arian Monadjem joined Rosemount Law as an associate in 2026 after three years building a practice at a Toronto litigation boutique. He brings strategic thinking, sound judgment and creativity to every file.

Arian has appeared before the Ontario courts in matters ranging from high-stakes commercial disputes to urgent individual claims, including multiple appearances at the Court of Appeal for Ontario. He believes many disputes can be resolved through dialogue and will often suggest alternative approaches to dispute resolution.

Arian is an appointed member of The Advocates' Society's Young Advocates Standing Committee, where he serves as head editor of Keeping Tabs. He regularly assists individuals through Pro Bono Ontario. Arian is proud to serve clients from around the world and offers legal services in English, Portuguese, Spanish and Farsi.

• Counsel in a dispute alleging that multiple misrepresentations induced a buyer to purchase a telecommunications company for many times its true value.

Hailey Ramkaran is a licensed paralegal and the Office Manager at Rosemount Law. She supports the firm’s lawyers in all aspects of litigation, including client intake, document preparation, and court filings.

Before joining Rosemount Law, Hailey worked at a boutique litigation firm where she assisted with case management, research, and court materials for matters before the Superior Court of Justice and various tribunals. She has also worked in-house, gaining experience with contracts and internal policy development.

She holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies from the University of Waterloo and a Paralegal Diploma from Seneca College. She became licensed by the Law Society of Ontario in 2019 and was appointed a Notary Public in 2022.
