Alexis Beale, founder of Rosemount Law, is a tenacious and driven litigator with over ten years of experience in corporate and commercial litigation. Graham Buitenhuis is a litigator with extensive experience before all levels of court. Before joining Rosemount Law, Graham practiced as an associate in the litigation group at Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP. He previously clerked at the Ontario Court of Appeal and articled at Osler.

Graham graduated from Queen’s University Faculty of Law in 2017, earning the Medal in Law for second-highest standing in his class. During law school, he participated in the Hicks Morley Labour Law Moot, the Bowman Tax Moot, and the Hockey Arbitration Competition of Canada.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts from McGill University (2013), where he graduated with distinction and spent a year on exchange at Trinity College Dublin studying philosophy, political theory, and ethics.

Hailey Ramkaran is a licensed paralegal and the Office Manager at Rosemount Law. She supports the firm’s lawyers in all aspects of litigation, including client intake, document preparation, and court filings.

Before joining Rosemount Law, Hailey worked at a boutique litigation firm where she assisted with case management, research, and court materials for matters before the Superior Court of Justice and various tribunals. She has also worked in-house, gaining experience with contracts and internal policy development.

She holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies from the University of Waterloo and a Paralegal Diploma from Seneca College. She became licensed by the Law Society of Ontario in 2019 and was appointed a Notary Public in 2022.
