Arian Monadjem
Arian Monadjem joined Rosemount Law as an associate in 2026 after three years building a practice at a Toronto litigation boutique. He brings strategic thinking, sound judgment and creativity to every file.
Arian has appeared before the Ontario courts in matters ranging from high-stakes commercial disputes to urgent individual claims, including multiple appearances at the Court of Appeal for Ontario. He believes many disputes can be resolved through dialogue and will often suggest alternative approaches to dispute resolution.
Arian is an appointed member of The Advocates' Society's Young Advocates Standing Committee, where he serves as head editor of Keeping Tabs. He regularly assists individuals through Pro Bono Ontario. Arian is proud to serve clients from around the world and offers legal services in English, Portuguese, Spanish and Farsi.
Representative Work
- Counsel on an appeal raising a novel point of law on arbitration agreements and the enforcement of foreign judgments.
- Recovered properties and control of a corporation that had been fraudulently taken from their true owner, with full-indemnity costs.
- Obtained a vesting order and full title within five months in a dispute over the buyout of an interest in a residential property.
- Counsel in a dispute alleging that multiple misrepresentations induced a buyer to purchase a telecommunications company for many times its true value.
- Counsel in a dispute alleging employer reprisal after an employee was terminated for cause during her probationary period.
- Counsel in a dispute alleging that a car dealership made multiple misrepresentations to induce an out-of-province buyer to purchase a classic collector car with extensive hidden defects.
- Counsel in a dispute between two physicians over an agreement to purchase a medical practice alleged to have compromised patient safety.

- Rowe v. Canada, 2026 ONCA 493 — Appeared as amicus curiae, through Pro Bono Ontario, to assist the Court of Appeal in an appeal brought by a self-represented litigant.
- Hussein v. Qazi, 2026 ONCA 296 — Successfully resisted an appeal from a partition-and-sale vesting order and compensation award concerning a jointly owned residence.
- Hilmer Motorsport GmbH v. Mason, 2025 ONCA 875 — Appellate counsel on whether an arbitration clause bars recognition of a foreign default judgment in Ontario.
